Sóknarnefnd Egilsstaðakirkju

óskar eftir að ráða starfsmann / kirkjuvörð í 50% starfshlutfall frá 1. september nk. (eða eftir samkomulagi)

Verksvið:

– Ræstingar og önnur umsjón með Egilsstaðakirkju og Safnaðarheimilinu Hörgsási 4.

– Vikuleg innkaup vegna kirkjustarfsins.

– Önnur tilfallandi verkefni við kirkjuna.

Vinnutími:

– Vinnutími er sveigjanlegur og eftir samkomulagi, að mestu á virkum dögum.

– Ekki er gert ráð fyrir að starfsmaður þurfi að aðstoða við athafnir í kirkjunni en gæti í einhverjum tilfellum verið beðinn að mæta til vinnu um helgar/ á hátíðisdögum til að undirbúa kirkjuna fyrir athafnir.

Hæfniskröfur:

– Við leitum að duglegum, jákvæðum og samviskusömum starfsmanni sem sýnir frumkvæði og áhuga í vinnunni.

– Íslenskukunnátta er kostur en ekki skilyrði.

– Umsækjandi þarf að skrifa undir samþykki um að aflað sé upplýsinga úr sakaskrá.

Laun og önnur starfskjör:

Skv. kjarasamningum og lögum.

The Parish Council of Egilsstaðakirkja (Lutheran Church of Egilsstaðir)

is looking to hire a part-time employee (50%) beginning September 1^st (or by agreement)

Tasks:

– Regular cleaning and other caretaking of the church and parish hall (Hörgsás 4 building)

– Weekly purchases for congregational activities

– Other tasks for the church

Work hours:

– Flexible work hours by agreement, mostly on weekdays

– This employee is not required to attend / assist at church services but might on occasion be requested to work on weekdays or holidays in preparation for church services.

Qualifications:

– We are seeking a positive and hard-working employee who is willing to fulfil their tasks diligently, manifesting initiative and interest in their work.

– Basic knowledge of the Icelandic language would be an advantage, but is not required.

– In accordance with church regulations, the employee is required to provide consent for the church to look up information from their Icelandic criminal records.

Salary and other benefits:

– In accordance with contracts and Icelandic regulation.
